Warning to customers that Yoox appointed courier cannot be trusted

I recently made two from YOOX: order 2403YCCAC23805 (UPS delivery 1Z30AV920414****10) and 2603Y38612**** (UPS delivery Z30AV920********). Dates of arrival for the two orders were March 30 and April 3 respectively. Both shipments were promptly lost after arriving in New Zealand. Three days after the international courier handed over the shipments to the local courier, UPS, both were declared lost. This is a warning to all kiwis who are considering shopping from YOOX and having goods sent to New Zealand. The current set up does not deserve your trust. You may have shopped with YOOX successfully before, as have I, but currently UPS are not up to the task. If you contact UPS directly, when your package is lost, all they have to say is we have not got any information, your package is lost, sorry. Even if you do receive a refund from YOOX, since you paid in USD, you risk making a loss on the exchange rate. Hand on heart, to an outsider, the most likely scenario is that a staff member took the goods home. The two orders are worth a combined 600USD, with very good brands. If I were to scout online sites for private sales I might even be able to buy my goods back! As a matter of principle I cannot picture myself shopping from YOOX again, I am not doing this just to have my order stolen and then having to deal with the less than mediocre courier staff. style="background-color: style="background-coloUPS used to be trustworthy but not anymore. They briefly admitted to using Airmark for local deliveries but were later not willing to confirm. Airmark are absolutely useless as a courier, we have had problems with them before. @Yoox This has been one of my most frustrating shopping experiences, if not the worst. Ever. I look at your website often and for this particular order it took 6 months to decide. Over the last year or two YOOX is the only online site I have used. When I think of YOOX now I picture warehouse workers and courier staff going through the orders and picking what they want. An order from YOOX is worth a lot to someone with entrepreneurial ambitions outside the boundaries of the law. If you allow this to continue the YOOX brand will be ruined in New Zealand.
